TECLAC specialises in painted plastic surfaces in the automotive supply industry. In this context, TECLAC is oriented towards the special requirements of the automotive manufacturers in Europe for high-volume and high-quality (industrially) coated plastic components. On the one hand, the company is an innovative contract manufacturer for painted surfaces, and on the other hand it is a full-service provider for complete parts, components or systems equipped with painted surfaces.

Process performance and competence

TECLAC refines more than 200,000 components daily, using various painting systems. The company has core competence in 3-layer exterior and chrome replacement coating as well as decorative applications for the interior of vehicles. Thanks to innovative, market-driven solutions, excellent service and lean processes according to IATF 16949, customer satisfaction is one of the main objectives. ENTOX

ENTOX takes on a variety of tasks in the field of dismantling of building sections contaminated with toxic or health-threatening building materials. These may have been installed in the past (asbestos, PCB, PCP, PAK, ...) or may arise after fire or water damage. This service often only proves necessary in the dismantling and demolition stage, but also during renovation and modernisation. For this purpose, ENTOX offers engineering planning, a professional and qualified refurbishment as well as the safe disposal of toxic and health-hazardous materials according to the applicable regulations and guidelines. The refurbishment includes selected dismantling and ecologically responsible restoration and renovation following disposal of the hazardous materials.

WERNER Projektentwicklung

The WERNER-Gruppe has acquired  years of experience in the fields of planning and handling real estate projects. 1999 saw the launch of WERNER project development. In this field, a comprehensive all-round service from project planning, construction development to rental or marketing is offered. In this context, the main focus is on retail and commercial real estate.
A network of competent architects, specialist consultants and specialist companies round off the range of services. Municipalities, trading companies as well as private investors trust the know-how of the WERNER project development team.

WEMO-tec

WEMO-tec is a specialist in the field of access technology with the business areas of scaffolding and rental of work platforms and access equipment. In addition to work platforms for reaching different heights on construction sites, finished buildings or for pruning purposes, special equipment, for example for bridge inspections and mini cranes, is also available for hire. As a scaffolding company with more than 200,000 m² of scaffolding, WEMO-tec also handles complex scaffolding tasks. The company has 200 employees on site. Its locations are in Eichenzell (headquarters), Fulda, Mörfelden-Waldorf, Aschaffenburg, Groß-Umstadt, Würzburg, Augsburg and Frankfurt-Griesheim. Subsidiaries and sales sites can be found all over Europe.

DAMIAN WERNER

The trades company DAMIAN WERNER has around 300 employees with locations in Kalbach (headquarters) and Würzburg (branch). DAMIAN WERNER is an interior finishing specialist covering the entire interior and facade design of various building projects - from the screed and floor coverings to drywall and painting and on to turnkey finishing solutions.

EPOWIT

EPOWIT Bautechnik refines and processes the areas of a building with surfaces that require special protection. In this context, the focus is on professional coating technology with synthetic resins on a polyurethane basis or with epoxy resins, for example for car parks or underground garages. Durable industrial floor coatings, WHG coating/water protection, functional and design coatings are created in particular. The approximately 110 employees in Eichenzell (the headquarters), Berlin and Munich also work in other fields arising during repair works and the renovation of concrete structures, including injection, ultra-high pressure water jets and industrial painting/corrosion protection.

Fuchs + Girke

FUCHS+GIRKE deals with tasks in the field of the preservation of buildings. Here six classic trades around the materials natural stone, stucco and plaster, paint, metal and wood are exercised in a professional and qualified manner. In addition, in the field of heritage conservation there are necessary preliminary investigations, preparation of reports, restoration concepts, inventory and restoration documentation to round off the extensive service portfolio. The classic and in some cases specialistcraft techniques are also increasingly required in the field of individual new buildings.

WERNER Immobilienverwaltung GmbH is the company in the WERNER Group that looks after regional properties of all usage classes (office, residential, industrial/logistics, hotel, nursing home, etc.). The aim here is to put the managed properties in the best possible condition and to offer customers real estate management from a single source.
In addition to the classic tasks of commercial and technical property management, WERNER Immobilienverwaltung also offers support in the areas of individual rental-, usage- and management-concepts, budget planning and contract management.
